What you get
A club seat is the right to run one club on Snapshot Scoring for one year. That club can host and publish unlimited matches in any of the twelve supported action shooting sports, and every director tool is included: online registration and check-in, posse and squad building, live scoring on any device, appeals, audit log, results export, career stats for your shooters, and the free GPL WordPress plugin that publishes results and standings to your own site.
What a seat covers
- One club (one club name, one roster, one set of matches).
- Unlimited matches, unlimited shooters, unlimited staff logins for that club.
- All twelve sports, all division and penalty models, no add-ons.
Need a second club? Buy a second seat with the same email. Running a multi-club series? The Circuit Host plan bundles one circuit with eight club seats.
Use the same email you use (or will use) to sign in to the Snapshot Scoring app — that’s how your plan is attached. If that email has no Snapshot account yet, the seat is held for it and attaches the moment you register.
Good to know
- Competitors never pay. Shooters compete, track stats and follow clubs for free, always.
- Plans are sold only here on snapshotscoring.com, never inside the app.
- The term runs one year from the day of purchase. Your order confirmation email arrives within a minute of payment and your seat is live as soon as it does; if it is not visible in the app, write to clubs@snapshotscoring.com with your order number and we’ll attach it by hand.
- Renewing: buy the same plan again with the same email before your plan ends, or within 30 days after; your club moves onto the new seat automatically, with no gap. Staff can also transfer or move a seat on request.
- Founding clubs (any club that runs a match with us before the iPhone app is on the App Store) are free for life and don’t need this.
