What you get
A Circuit Host seat lets you run a multi-club series (a regional circuit, a state championship series, a traveling league) on Snapshot Scoring for one year. It bundles one circuit and eight club seats: each of the eight member clubs gets everything in the Club plan, and the circuit adds the cross-club layer on top.
The circuit layer
- Cross-club seasons with a shared schedule.
- Aggregate standings that roll up every member club’s matches, with configurable scoring (points table, linear placement or percentage of winner), best-N counting and qualification rules.
- Per-match multipliers for majors and finals.
- Circuit-organizer roles, separate from club directors.
- Season finalize and re-open, with a full audit trail.
What a seat covers
- One circuit and up to eight clubs seated under it. Need more clubs on the circuit? Add Club seats with the same email and we’ll seat them under your circuit.
- Everything in the Club plan for each seated club.
Use the same email you use (or will use) to sign in to the Snapshot Scoring app — that’s how your plan is attached. If that email has no Snapshot account yet, the seat is held for it and attaches the moment you register.
Good to know
- Competitors never pay. Shooters compete, track stats and follow clubs for free, always.
- Plans are sold only here on snapshotscoring.com, never inside the app.
- The term runs one year from the day of purchase. Your order confirmation email arrives within a minute of payment and your seat is live as soon as it does; if it is not visible in the app, write to clubs@snapshotscoring.com with your order number and we’ll attach it by hand.
- Renewing: buy the same plan again with the same email before your plan ends, or within 30 days after; your club moves onto the new seat automatically, with no gap. Staff can also transfer or move a seat on request.
- Founding clubs (any club that runs a match with us before the iPhone app is on the App Store) are free for life and don’t need this.
